Fall is Here!

By Stephanie Duhon, Publisher September 22, 2017

Hello Macaroni families!

It's hard to believe, but it's officially Fall here in Middle Tennessee! The leaves are starting to change colors, which is one of my favorite parts of living here. I grew up in south Louisiana, where leaves are either green or brown - not the vibrant reds, oranges and yellows we get here. While I don't mind the heat and love the summer months, I do love Fall as well.

Another favorite part of Fall here? There are so many festivals and pumpkin patches and corn mazes to explore! I'm busy There is no shortage of Fall fun - I'm continuing to add events to the Fall Fun Guide to keep it as up to date as possible! See the guide here.

Please share the guide with friends and family and help spread the word of all the fun events Murfreesboro and the surrounding area has to offer when it comes to Fall events!

One other great part about Fall are cooler temperatures that make it the perfect time to spend at local parks and playgrounds. Tired of the same old playground? Go exploring! I've put together a guide of parks and playgrounds in the area to make it easy for you.

In the spirit of Fall, this week's newsletter also features a fun pumpkin bread recipe and an apple science experiment!
